Williams glasses

Got a call today that Williams glasses were in, so after we picked Brooke up from school we went and got Jack's check and then put some gas in the car and headed to Flint.

The lady that brought him his glasses, was so much better than the man that did Brooke's.

She knew to pull the nose pieces out and she did not cut the ear pieces too short so that they work a little better on staying up. We will still have to get some elastic bands, because when he runs they slide down. The lady also brought him a cleaning cloth and a hard case that you push the button to open the top (looks like a pencil holder) and when Brooke wanted one, she gave her one also...

Bob, the land lord, looked at William and said he looked like a little professor........

He looks so much older than 2 in them.. :(

Brooke goes to the doctor in the morning, She had not complained yesterday about her pain, but today as soon as she got out of bed she said something and has not stopped. I am thinking it is a UTI, because she has been going much more and she is desperate when she has to go, and that is when she complains the most. Hopefully we find out what the problem is in the morning.

Jack came home yesterday only to tell me that the place was not hiring not even taking applications. BUT he and the land lords son went to 2 other places they saw and put their applications in them.....He is out right now with Bob watering the pines they planted, since we still have no rain, and they say there is a chance for some tonight, BUT the trees need the water and are dieing. If it does rain at least it will soak in instead of just running off.

The kids are telling me they are hungry, they know we are having Hot dogs and french fries, so they are anxious for dinner. I do believe I will pull out a chicken breast and fix that for myself...I just am not into hot dogs anymore, but I am hungry, too.
